In the spirit of some of my favorite authors I think it might be time to take the show on the road.  Talk to people about their process and their purpose. Everyone has a story and most deserve told. 

People can be better than someone in so many ways but ultimately the single main thing that matters is that he person has the heart and passion for the job.  When hey don’t have that they’re done.
